He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Brown, Marilyn Forrest, Cindy Tope, Doug Tope, Glenn Forrest, Jake Forrest and Susan Forrest; his grandchildren, Michelle, Miranda, Meredith, Trevor, Ryan, James, David, Anna and Jarrod; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Brendan, Jacob, Marcus, Elizabeth, Damon, Tucker, Kai and Acelynn; and his siblings, Betty, Marion, Stella and Bill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
