He is survived by: his spouse Alexandrine Hess; his children, Jamie Hartman and Garrett Johnson; his stepchildren, Kevin, Rhonda, Steven, Karen and Linda; and his siblings, David (Wanda), Wendy (late Claire), Sally (Kevin), Iris (Bill) and Laurie. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, a large extended family, and many friends.
