She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank LaForme and Sylvia LaForme; her sisters, Sharon and Donna Marie; her nephews, Frank and Steve; and her great-niece Megan.
She is survived by: her children, William (Cheryl) and Ronald (Pam); and her grandchildren, Randi, Willow, Brannon, Marissa, Alyssa and James. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
