He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Phillips and Irene Phillips; and his brother Clair Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Valerie; his children, Mark (Rachel) and Carla (Jim); and his brother-in-law Roger Smith (late Liz Smith).
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hyde & Mott Chapel of R. H. B. Anderson Funeral Homes Ltd. (60 Main St S, Hagersville, ON N0A1H0). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
