He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Thomas and Doris Thomas; and his siblings, Milton Garfield, John, Betty, Jerry and Donnie.
He is survived by: his wife Faye; his children, Tim, Darren, Darvis Jr., Rheno and Spencer; his grandchild Mackenzie May-Lynn; and his siblings, Jake (Dale), Dave (Marsha), Janice, Lloyd, Clarence (Peggy), Dorothy (Butch), Gene (Sue) and Donna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, great nephews, and great nieces.
