He is survived by: his parents, Alison La Forme and Benjamin Hill; his sisters, Drailyn Sylan (Nic) and Shayna; his nephew Truman; his grandparents, Bill, Darlene La Forme, Harry, Marjorie Henhawk and Michele; his aunts and uncles, Chris (Tammy), Bill (Jim), Jamie (Nona), Jordan (Lindsy), Bec, Jon (Bailey), Adam and Paige; and his cousin Myles. He is also survived by many great aunt, uncles, cousins and friends.
