He was predeceased by: his wife Edna Georgina Hoover (Miller); and his daughter Tracey Lee Hoover. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jennifer Hoover-Simon and Blake Schram (Desiree); his great grandchildren, Rylann, Carter and Oaklynn; and his siblings, Dorothy, John (Wilma), Ruth (Alvin), Nancy (George), Charlie (Marg), Janet (Nick) and Dale (Joanne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
