He is survived by: his wife Judith Boelke; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Monarch; his great grandchild Gracie; his nieces and nephews, Willi, Danny (Joanne), Donovan (Lory), Sara (Stuart), Sonya (Ken) and Chris (Connie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan, Bradley, Emma, Liam, Jason, Danielle, Jasmine, Jessica, Nicholas and Erin.
