He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kaine and Catherine Kaine. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his children, Lisa and Matthew (Suriya); his little fur boy Jagger Kaine; his mother-in-law Dawn Prestipino; and his siblings, Margaret (Ed), Cathy (Bruce), Jim (Rhonda) and Marie.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to be made in his memory to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice. Donations are being accepted for: HEART STROKE FOUNDATION ONTARIO (HEART AND STROKE FOUNDATION OF ONTARIO).
