He was predeceased by: his granddaughters, Monique and Hailey; and his great grandchild Avery. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Harvey; his children, Diana, Frank Wende (Sharon), David Roth (Angel) and Gary Roth (Heather); and his grandchildren, Nicole, Craig, Aaron, Tyler, Frankie, Tessa and Bryce. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
