She is survived by: her husband Jim Armstrong; her children, Tara (Scott), Jim and John (Gillian); her grandchildren, Rebecca Alex (Alex), Jake and Josh; her great grandchild Travis; her sister Sheila (late Alvin); and her sisters-in-law, Joan (late George) and Elizabeth (Randy).
