He was predeceased by: his wife Florence Lockman; his parents, Myrtle Lockman and Sylvester Lockman; his siblings, Priscilla Earley (Lockman) and William Lockman; and his son Paul Lockman.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Margaret Shaver, Jeffery Lockman (Kathy), Wayne Lockman, Angela Lockman and Michelle Randall; his siblings, May Robinson, David Lockman and Elsie Corrigan (Bill); and his friend Cindy Holmes. He is also survived by his 19 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
