He was predeceased by: his former wife Patricia Mae Effer; his father Brian; his brother Gordon; his siblings-in-law, Len and Polly Evenden of Vancouver; his mother Ethel Harland; and also, Eleanor, Carl Moyer and Gwen.
He is survived by: his wife Lauren; his family England; and his friend Sid.
