He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Jack and Mary McEachern; and his siblings, Ed, David and Judy.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Ginny Townsend; his sisters, Lucille (Robert) and Susan; his sister-in-law Velda Jack (McEachern); and the mother of his children Marie Jack (Day). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
