He was predeceased by: his parents, Antoni Kotaba and Marianna Kotaba; and his brother John. He is survived by: his sons, Dave (Michelle) and Brian (CherylAnn); his grandchildren, Zachary (Sam), Caitlyn (Nathan), Skylar (Will), Wyatt, Oliver and Charlie; his great grandchild Hailey; his former wife Vera (Tony); his brother Wally (Glennis); and his friends, Ingrid, Ritchie and Adam. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A committal service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Marymount Cemetery (5400 Hwy 6, Ariss, ON N0B1B0). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home (252 Dublin St N, Guelph, ON N1H4P3).
