He was predeceased by: his son Sipke; his son-in-law Wim; and also Woude. He is survived by: his children, Lucy Hengeveld (Bernard), Janey Davis (Robert), Mary Ann Bakker, George VanderGaast, Alice Kuiper (Mark) and Sid Bakker (Brigitte Mausser); his great grandchildren, Ryan Hengeveld, Susan Hengeveld, Diana Cooke, Brad Cooke, Martin Hengeveld, Anne Hinds, Michael Davis, Lidia Davis, Jennifer Laskowski, David Laskowski, Anthony Hupkes, Sarah Gordon, Nathan Gordon, Karina Kuiper, ShariAnn Kuiper, Carolyn Bouwsema, Ben Bouwsema (Alyssa), Zachary Kuiper, Jessica Kuiper, Amy Mausser, Ryan Mausser, Christy Mausser and Tino Milak (Inna); and his wife Grietje.
