He was predeceased by: his wives, Anne Harper (O'Donnell) and Margaret Harper (Kennedy); and his son Martin Harper. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Couto, John Harper (Kathy) and Paul Harper (Charmaine); his grandchildren, Jonathan (Danielle), Justin (Vanessa), Matthew (Emily), Caitlin (Frank), Christopher and Paul; and his great grandchildren, Arya, Ana, Ava, Aydin, Amelia, Ben, Luke, Ella, Anthony, Joey and Andrew. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters and survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
