She was predeceased by: her husband John Azzopardi; her parents, Pasquale Agius and Catherine; and her stepmother Teresa of Qormi, Malta.. She is survived by: her siblings, Vinnie (Joe), Katerina, Leli (Pauline) and Mike (Maria); her children, Al Azzopardi (Wendy), Mario Azzopardi, Adele Hood, Steve, Troy Griesbach, Kristen Griesbach, Jennifer Lisso, Phill, Chris and Theresa McGillivary; and her grandchildren, Troy (Sophia), Megan, Kristen (Bronwyn), Jennifer (Jordan), Phill (Sarah), Chris, Clare, Johnathan, Kyle, Amelia, Justin (Ricki) and Blaike.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Basilica of Our Lady or St. Joseph's Health Centre Guelph, in honor of Nancy's memory.
