With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Lee Hopwood (Guelph, Ontario), born in Hamilton, Ontario, who passed away on April 5, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Jennifer Daniels (Chris) and Amanda Wright (Les); his sibling Pat Brown; his nieces, Meghan Jackson and Kirsten Brown-Firestone; his grandchildren, Silas, Brigid, Toby, Quinn, Eli and Ainsley; his friend Michael; and his parents, Gillie and Ivy.
