It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael David Cosgrove (Guelph, Ontario), who passed away on December 17, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ray; his grandmother Stephanie; his uncles, Junior, Larry and Terrance; his grandparents, Aage and Gunda Nielsen; and his brother-in-law Mark.
He is survived by: his significant other Leslie Martins; his mother Mona of Joseph's Hospital; his children, Mathew, Brianne and Holly; his grandchildren, Phoenix, Kohen and Silas; his siblings, Deborah, Melissa and Grant; his stepbrothers, Patrick, Billy and Clifford; his siblings-in-law, Anabela, Moises, Frank and Cheryl; his daughter-in-law Brandy; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle, Sarah, Jaydon, Ciaira, Mason and Nadia.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brombal Funeral Home (1 Delhi St, Guelph, ON N1E4J3). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In memory of Michael, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.
