She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Bayne (Lorne Gregson) and Lois; and her siblings, Ansley, Doug, Gord and Lorna.

She is survived by: her children, Evan MacKinnon and Julie Rattray (Stephen); her grandchildren, Alex (Janet), David (Jenny), Katie (Tyler), Kyle (Stephanie), Curtis and Lauren; her sister-in-law Merle Giffen (late Warren); and her husband William Leslie MacKinnon. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
