She was predeceased by: her parents, Eve Saxton and Harold Saxton; her husband Norman Yurkiw; her former husband William Armstrong; and her siblings, Harold, Joan and Lilian.
She is survived by: her siblings, Eileen, Gladys, Robert and George; and her children, Evelyn Sharpe (Wayne), Janet Polding (Paul), Judy Deskur (Stefan), Bill Armstrong, John Armstrong (Heather), Michael Armstrong, Sandra Yurkiw, Marlene Acheson (Geoff) and Maxine Kenny (Jeff). She is also survived by 16 grand children and 17 great grand children.
