He was predeceased by: his son Stephen Greer; his siblings, Alice, Hanna and Phyllis; and his parents, Joseph Greer and Florence Greer.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his sons, Joseph Jr. (Laurie) and Mike (Candice); his grandchildren, Kyle, Jamie and Kelsey; and his great grandchild Camden.
