He was predeceased by: his parents, Natale Mandolesi and Rita Mandolesi; and his in-laws, Igino and Giulia Giannini. He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Gino, Rita (Tony), Lorena (Amelio) and Giulia (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Giancarlo, Martino, Marco, Joseph and Claudio; and his in-laws, Antonio (Suzanne), Carmela (late Antonio) and Maria (Andrew). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Joseph's Church (Guelph), St. Joseph's Health Centre, or Guelph General Hospital would be appreciated.
