He was predeceased by: his sisters, Betty Woods (Belwood) and Joan Spencer (Guelph). He is survived by: his wife Marie Nodwell; his children, BJ Gray (Neil) of Listowel, John Hurd (Meighen) of Winnipeg and Darryl Hurd (Maja) of Guelph; and his grandchildren, Derek (Nicole), Amanda Gray (Listowel), Alyssa, Joshua, Annabelle Hurd (Winnipeg) and Jonathan Hurd (Guelph). He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul's memory may be made to Hospice Wellington.
