As we bid Joan Beverly farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Joan Beverly is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Laverne. She is survived by: her sister Marlene Cockburn (Doug); and her children, Kim Hamilton (Cindy), Deborah Skelly and Julie Merilees (Shawn). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery (762 Woolwich St, Guelph, ON N1H3Z1).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Parkinson's or MS.
