He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Faye; and his father-in-law Alfred. He is survived by: his wife Caroline; his children, Jeremy (Melissa), Robyn (Emily) and Amber-Lea; his siblings, John (Joanne), Judy (Al) and Joel; his mother-in-law Margaret; and his siblings-in-law, James (Theresa) and Heather (Greg). He is also survived by his friends and extended family.
