He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Earl Ellis and Lee Brown; and his nephews, Travis Brown and Jim Prince. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Kelman; his son Richard Kelman (Cris); his stepchildren, Jarod Phillips (Phanessa) of Markham and Carrie McMillan of Guelph; his grandchildren, Jaden, Marcus, Megan and Katie; his sisters, Heather Ellis of Cambridge and Karen Jenkins of Perry Sound; and his siblings-in-law, John Brown, David Brown (Charlene), Glenna Prince (Don), Elizabeth Fleming, Dianne McFadzean (John), Heather Bennewies (Warren), Jamie Brown (Sandy), Andrew Brown (Janet) and Robbie Brown (Jody). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In memory of Jim, donations to the Guelph Wish Fund For Children, as well as Hospice Wellington would be appreciated.
