He is survived by: his spouse ElÅ; his siblings, Jadwiga, Ewa and Adam; his children, Agnieszka Henriquez (Mario) and Piotr Polaski (Sonia); and his grandchildren, Victoria, Christopher, Ethan and Suzette. He is also survived by his friends and extended family.
