She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her parents, Frank Gilbert and Jean Gilbert; and her son John (Shelley). She is survived by: her boyfriend Don VanWyck; her brother John Gilbert (Marilyn); and her sons, Brent (Darlene), Doug (Jan) and Brian (Dee).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jean's memory may be made to Groves Memorial Community Hospital or to Guelph General Hospital, and are greatly appreciated by her family.
