She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford Symons; her sister Dianne Izzard; and her daughter Karen (George Dudich). She is survived by: her children, Donna Bilton (Jeff) of Mount Forest, Michael Symons (Heman) of Burnaby, BC and Clifford Symons (Dianne) of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Catherine Rawn (Russell Ball), Carolyn Rawn Johnston, Ashley Gerger (Kevin), Daniel Symons (Kayla Farrell), Kyle Symons, Nikki Saunders (Melvin) and Gordon Reid (Heather); her great grandchildren, Booker, Aniston Symons, Desmond, Kathleen Saunders, Nick, Harmony, Lantis and David Reid; and her friend Wendy Kratzer.
