He was predeceased by: his brother Scott Horne; and his parents, James Horne and Bearnice Horne. He is survived by: his wife Judy Horne; his siblings, Dale Clattenburg Jimmy (Doug) and Paul Pagnan Kim (Shelly); his in-laws, Mario and Marie Pagnan; and his pet Yoda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
