He was predeceased by: his adored Christina. He is survived by: his sons, Gerry (Andrea) and Jim (Tracey); his grandchildren, Emily Vlasveld, Nick Vlasveld (Laura Verhaeghe), Laura Longhurst (Eric), Michael Vlasveld (Emily) and Peter Vlasveld (Amy); and his great grandchildren, Connor, Megan, Molly, Paisley and Owen.
