It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene Jason Scott of Guelph, Ontario, who passed away on November 5, 2024, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Eugene Jason shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Eugene Jason farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Francis Scott (Frank) and Phyllis Scott; and his brother-in-law Rod MacLennan. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael (Audrey), Mark (Sonja) and Lisa MacLennan (Steve); and also Lorne Schroeder. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion (57 Watson Pkwy S, Guelph, ON N1L0H8).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Huron Out of the Cold or a charity of your choice will be greatly appreciated by the family.
