He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey; and his sister Dolores Santiago. He is survived by: his wife Perpetua Mesina Alcantara; his siblings, Ascension and Renato Alcantara; his children, Jing and Marylaine Alcantara Buslon; and his grandchildren, John Lloyd, Nicole Alcantara, Angelo, Shawn, Buslon and Jerome Alcantara. He is also survived by his wife, his family and his extended family.
