He is survived by: his children, Lisa, Sean Smith, Laura and John Elgersman; his grandchildren, Kyle, Kieran Cushnie, Lunden and Avalee Elgersman; his son Steven Bridges; his granddaughter Caitlynn Bridges; and his siblings, Donald, Gayle Bridges of Thunder Bay, ON and Merlyn Lovell.
