He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo and Christine; and his siblings, Joan, Lee and Jamie.
He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Darrell Jr. (Bonnie), Wendy (Kris), Maureen (Sharon) and Richard (Amy); his grandchildren, Chloe, Justin, Nicole, Eric, Nicholas, Joshua, Donte, Brittany, Kira, Riley and Ryder; and his great grandchild Millie.
