He was predeceased by: his father George Usitalo (Craig). He is survived by: his daughter Jasie; his son-in-law Jerry; his mother Elsie; his sisters, Gayle, Kim and Debbie; his aunt Linda; and his uncle Bill. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In honour of this, the family has started a University Fund for Craig's grandchild and, in lieu of flowers, would appreciate donations towards the child's future in memory of Craig.
