She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan and Cornelia. She is survived by: her husband Evert; her children, Gerry (Andrea) and Jim (Tracey); her grandchildren, Emily, Laura (Eric), Nick (Laura), Mike (Emily) and Peter (Amy); and her great grandchildren, Connor, Megan, Molly, Paisley and Owen. She is also survived by 12 siblings.
