He was predeceased by: his sister Rosalyn; and his parents, Ross Kitchen and Ina Kitchen. He is survived by: his children, Jordan, Joshua, Kyra (Liam) and Kyle; his siblings, Brenda (John), Kim (Ray), Jim (Libby) and Linda (Morris); and his wife Judy VanLierop. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
