He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Greer and Phyllis Greer; and his brothers, Harry and Robert (late Christine). He is survived by: his spouse Nicola; his children, Stuart (Vanessa) of Dartmouth and Louise (Jon De Forest) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Samantha, Miranda, Alexandra and Kaelan; his siblings, Paul (Peggy), Brent (late Barb), Lawson (Claire) and Viola; and his sister-in-law Jean.
