It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Annita Raco (Guelph, Ontario), who passed away on January 31, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Annita Raco to show support.

She was predeceased by: her husband Emilio Raco; and her parents, Michele Maugeri and Natalina Valerioti. She is survived by: her children, Dominic (Tina), Maria (late Martin Lammers), Michael (Debbie), Albert (Carol), Lina (Peter Pavlinich) and Frank (Andrea); and her siblings, Stella Lieto of Kitchener, Vittoria Maugeri of Italy and Cesare Maugeri of Italy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

I didn’t see them much and usually once or twice a year when my parents, Carl and Vicki Wilson, and my siblings would visit Grandma and Grandpa Valeriote, Uncle Tony and David on Alice Street. Aunt Annita was very sentimental and would always cry when we got together. God love her…. Aunt Annita pierced my ears when I was 14. I sat at their table at Uncle Tony’s funeral luncheon, and I was so blessed to have that precious short reunion.✝️”
