It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfonso Ranalli (Guelph, Ontario), who passed away on August 2, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alfonso Ranalli to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni and Domenica. He is survived by: his wife Nicolina; his children, Patrizia Bell (Dale), Mirella Semple (Jim) and John Ranalli (Joanne); his grandchildren, Amanda (William), Sonia (Alex), Stefanie (Michael), Andrew (Alexandra), Colin (Natalia), Julia, Jacob, Justin and Jenna; his great grandchildren, Noah, Levi, Jonas, Alayna, Ezra, Lily, Sofia and Bella; his siblings, Pasquale, Fiora, Mario, Giuseppe and Antonio (Angelina); and his siblings-in-law, Iolanda (Gino DiGravio), Benedetto (Iva), Mario, Antonio and Eda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at St. Joseph's Health Centre in Guelph, especially on the Oakridge (3rd Floor) unit, for their unwavering dedication and compassionate care during Alfonso's last four years, including the particularly challenging period of the COVID pandemic.
