He is survived by: his parents, Howard and Verlie of Newfoundland; his sisters, Yolanda Stephens (Mark) and Paulette Wilson (Dave); his nieces and nephews, David Katamay (Yael), Kirsten Jones (Ben), Hilary Katamay, Natalie Boettcher (Erich) and Emily Wilson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Claire and Evelyn Boettcher. He is also survived by his extended family and close friends.
