He was predeceased by: his daughter Lori Courneyea. He is survived by: his spouse Carole; his children, Shelley Crouse, Darlene Comley (Scott) and Julie Brown (Andrew); his grandchildren, Ashley (Heidi), Troy (Meagan), David (Emma), Heather, Amanda (Mike), Linsey, Jessica (Chris), Kayla and Chelsea; and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Nicholas, Graysen, Brynlee, Denver and Jack.
