With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Nevin (Grimsby, Ontario), who passed away on September 28, 2017 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Neil Warner (Tracey) and Janet Warner (Brad); her grandchildren, Chelsea, Chloe, Brynne and Ian; and her sister Renee Speake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as all of her friends.
