Parker Robert Edgar Bowman Obituary
April 1, 1999 - February 17, 2023. It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Parker on Friday, February 17, 2023 at the age of 23. Son of Rob Bowman step son to Andrea Bowman. Younger brother of Brandon. Older brother to Molly, and extraordinary big brother to Owen. Caring step brother to Ireland and Mikaela. Loving grandson to Bob and Marlene Bowman, to Debbie Lucas and Al Arguin, and to Ron Lacroix. Parker will be dearly missed by his Uncle Brian and Aunt Courtney, Uncle Chris and Aunt Leah. Loved so very much by all the above and the many cousins, great aunts and uncles, extended family and endless friends. Parker is now reunited with Marianne, his 'Great-Granny' Bea Bowman, Gramma and Grandpa Curic.
A natural athlete, Parker played rep hockey with the Stoney Creek Warriors, and rep basketball with the Hamilton Wildcats. Parker loved exploring new places, video gaming, and spending time with his family, siblings and friends. Parker loved his music, model cars, military collectibles and Star Wars. He shared his passion for basketball with his brother Owen, as well as their love for Nike shoes.
Through the Trillium Gift of Life, Parker was able to help three people continue their lives. Parker's legacy of a loving, caring man who gave selflessly of himself in everything he did, his organ donations saved lives and will allow others to continue living theirs.
We wish to extend a special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the St. Catharines Hospital for their kind and compassionate care of Parker.
His loving smile and kind soul touched all who knew him.
I GOT YOU! Arrangements entrusted to George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. St. Catharines. Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Parker's life will be held on Saturday, March 25th from 2-6pm at The Grimsby Livingston Activity Centre (18 Livingston Ave, Grimsby) for his family and friends. If desired, donations to the Grimsby Benevolent Fund would be appreciated by Parker's family.
