She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Oakley; her parents, Marquerite Cartwright and Jack Cartwright; and her sister Carol. She is survived by: her children, Karen Corrin (Bruce), Rob Oakley (Terry) and Brian Oakley; her grandchildren, Scott Corrin (Jennifer), Jeffrey Corrin and Robert Oakley; and her great grandchild Sadie Corrin.

A celebration of Lorna's life will take place on Friday June 15 from 6-9pm at 'The Elizabeth Street Pump House' 447 Elizabeth Street Grimsby, ON L3M 3C2 . Donations would be appreciated in her honour to Community Living London and The Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra.
