It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Ellis (Grimsby, Ontario), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on December 16, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Mavis; his children, Colin (Christine), Kimberley Bonaldo and Megan Bonaldo (Richard); his grandchildren, Anna Ellis, Andrew and Paige Bonaldo; his sisters, Mae Dyke (Keith), Reta Hart (Ian) and Carol Scott (Brian); his parents, Sidney and Rita; his sister Ruth Cassie (Jim); and his brothers-in-law, John Arthur "Ian" Hart and Kenneth Heyes (Patricia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
