He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Myroslava (Anna); his children, Nadia Kulakowsky (Jan), Stephanie Larock (Blaine), Natalie Sirko (Steven) and Roman Spytkowsky (Patricia); his grandchildren, Adrian, Matthew, Melanie, Roman, Stefan, Adelia, Ariana and Aliya; his great grandchildren, Lukas, Sam, Remy and Gordon; and his brother Michael Spytkowsky (late Stella).
Donations and memorial contributions to "STAND WITH UKRAINE" (Ukrainian Canadian Congress) or to St. George's Church would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
